The office

Human relationships, daily routines, emotions, business: space holds all of it. It organizes use, communicates, welcomes and expresses identity, at any scale, residential, corporate or commercial.

But before a project takes shape, we start with people. They guide the lines, the details, the intentions and the wishes. They inform the design and, in the end, every wall that goes up, every piece of furniture, the essential technologies and the colors that bring each day to life.

People bring us their stories. We study each site with all our architectural knowledge and contemporary references, and we develop ideas as a team, a group of professionals diverse in training and generation. We look at a space from every side, at how the body moves through it, at its functions and at the care good architecture requires. This has been our way for 30 years at Marchetti Bonetti.

Social and environmental ethics shape how we think about architecture and how we select materials and suppliers, through a transparent process. We lead each project directly with our clients, who take an active part in every stage of the schedule until completion. We build close working relationships with everyone involved, and many have become friendships beyond architecture.

Our approach is to find each project's own rhythm, a harmony that makes sense to the people who use the space. We are passionate about what we do, about the challenges we take on and about the creative diversity that keeps architecture endlessly open.
