Apartamento iOcean

Integrated, practical and aesthetically pleasing spaces were the clients' expectations for the design of this beachfront penthouse apartment. The single floor plan, laid out on just one level, allowed total connection between the interior spaces and the large terrace, without steps or divisions, providing the feeling of a veranda in a beach house, as the couple wished. The premise was to create light spaces with a fluid layout.

The outdoor space was resized and fully integrated with the social area through the extension of the window frames.
