The residents' contemporary, cosmopolitan lifestyle is reflected in the apartment. The current, relaxed furniture, signed by Brazilian designers, and the minimalist concept of the compositions are design decisions that sought to express the clients' style. An important solution was the repositioning of the dining room to allow better views of the sea, with the addition of a mirror panel to double the privileged landscape.

The powder room was relocated to allow the kitchen to be integrated with the social area, favoring spaciousness.
