Simple and practical. That is how the family's holiday home in Florianópolis was meant to be. Residents of São Paulo, the clients chose São Paulo brutalist architecture as the reference for the design of the residence.

Concrete thus became the basis of the materiality, composed only with extensive panes of glass and floor-to-ceiling frames in black. In a distinctive way, the architecture highlights straight, pure lines in a solution that celebrates the structure and the construction technique.
