Casa Pátio

Inspired by Brazilian modern architecture, the architects brought a contemporary approach to the design of this residence, located in a seafront condominium. Concrete, glass and wood were the chosen materials, composing with the lush greenery of the site. In the planning, to ensure the residents' privacy, the decision was made to create “patios” turned toward the interior of the plot.

They were delimited by movable wooden panels, softening the relationship with the neighboring lots and enhancing the views of the sea.
